We want you to be confident before you buy. If you are unsure about fit or compatibility, contact us first and we will help you confirm your setup.

Eligible returns

In-stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, unmodified, and in original condition. Returned items are inspected on arrival before a refund is issued.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong item.

Non-returnable conditions

Returns may be declined if the item shows signs of use, has been modified, is missing parts, or was damaged due to improper installation or misuse.

Damaged or defective

If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and the product. We will troubleshoot and, if needed, repair, replace, or refund.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and a short description of the issue. If applicable, include photos. We will reply with next steps.
